ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE CITY AGRICULTURE AND CITY TREASURER'S OFFICE
February 09,2010 - Fish Warden Teresa Sa-ado announces to all those who owns a fishing boat within this city, that the City Agriculture and City Treasurer will conduct a "mobile boat registration" within the six coastal barangays in this City.
As what the City Information knows this activity will be conducted yearly in order to renew the permit or license to fish of said operators of the fishing boat in order that their operation will be legal and it would be within the context and bounds of the law.
These are the following schedule of said activities:

- Sicayab- Feb. 16, 17, and 18 @ Barangay Hall
- Minaog- Feb. 23, 24, and 25 @ Tambak Minaog
- Barra- March 2, 3, and 4 @ Barangay Hall
- Miputak March 9, 10, and 11 @ Surf Miputak
- Galas March 16, 17, and 18 @ Barangay Hall
- Olingan March 23, 24, and 25 @ Laoy, Relocation Purok Ofisco
The Fish Warden makes it clear that those who wanted to avail this event shall bring their a.)Barangay Clearance b.)Cedula, because this are the requisites to renew their permit or license to fish.
Another point that the Fish Warden clarifies is that they should not be absent in this event because if they fail to obtain their new permit for this year 2010 they would be subjected to a penal sanction as prescribe by law.
